Also, we guarantee a 24-hour response time on support requests and will provide free support through email, phone, WhatsApp, and such. We will prioritize agreement customers over others, be it support, supply, or service issues. As a Premium Service Agreement customer, we offer you a minimum saving of 2 blocks of service time.

Included in Premium are remote troubleshooting and updates of longer required firmware. We will also extend the warranty for one year for new equipment.

Finally, during either of the two planned service visits, we will hold one day in total of basic operator training. We do this to ensure the uptime of your machines, and that your staff is satisfied.
