Decreased response time to 24 hours.
Remote troubleshooting and firmware updates.
Remote access during ALO Center’s regular business hours.
New equipment warranty extension by 1 year for connected equipment.
50% discount on the yearly Framework Agreement fee for the supply of goods.
* The discounts do not stack multiplicatively, rather 2g replaces 1e.
