SUPERIOR SERVICE AGREEMENT
Our Superior Service Agreement runs for two years. During that time, we will visit your facility twice for service, following the needs of your equipment. As we are well aware that all manufacturers have different demands, we will adapt to your specific situation.
For additional service, you have a 15 % discount towards extra service time, and the payment is level per your needs and requests. Furthermore, we set up a framework agreement for the supply of goods. That way, you will receive the spare and wear parts you need, when you need them.

Plus, we guarantee a 24-hour response time on support requests and will provide free support through email, phone, WhatsApp, and such. We will prioritize agreement customers over others, be it support, supply, or service issues. As a Superior Service Agreement customer, we offer you a minimum saving of 3 blocks of service time.
Superior includes remote troubleshooting and updates of longer required firmware. We will also extend the warranty for one year for new equipment.
During the two planned service visits, we will hold in total two days of basic operator training. We do this to ensure the uptime of your equipment, and that your staff is satisfied.
Finally, and exclusively for the Superior Service Agreement, ALO can provide two departure guarantees with different cost levels. If you experience a red hat situation, a breakdown, we will send help from our closest location to you within either 36 or 72 hours. We do this only when the issue is not solvable through remote efforts.
